UQIC runs mixed social soccer and futsal at UQ St Lucia. Soccer is 7-a-side on Field 5 on Monday and Wednesday nights, and futsal is 5-a-side indoors in the UQ Gymnasium on Thursdays. Come with a team or sign up solo and we will find you one.

Formats

Soccer is 7-a-side outdoor on Field 5. Futsal is 5-a-side indoor in the UQ Gymnasium. Both mixed, social rules, all abilities welcome. See team rules.

Season

Semester 2 starts in Week 2, from 3 August 2026, and runs a full season including finals. Finals run across Weeks 9 and 10, with larger sports adding quarter-finals from Week 8.

How it works

Register solo or with friends under your faculty, society or college. Add the same team name as your mates to be placed together, otherwise we will allocate you a team and email it before Week 2.
