Why UQIC?
UQIC isn't just another club. We're a separately incorporated Queensland association running student sport at scale. Joining the committee means real responsibility, real outputs, and real names attached to your work.
Real Operations
Run an incorporated association with real budgets, real partnerships, and real members. Not a project, the actual thing.
Mentorship
Work alongside experienced student leaders. Bradley and the executive have a decade of student governance between them.
CV You Can Show
Specific deliverables, named outcomes, and a written reference from the President of an incorporated association.
Network
UQU, club executives, Brisbane businesses, and UQ leadership. You build the contacts that make the next thing easier.
Flexible
Designed around your degree. We don't run useless meetings. We hire competent people and give them ownership.
Forward Path
Many UQIC alumni go on to UQU council, board roles, and senior club leadership. We support that trajectory.
How to Apply
We keep applications simple. No psychometrics, no group assessments, no four-round panel interviews. Email us, then have a conversation.
Email Us
Send your CV and a short cover letter (half a page) to the role's listed email. Tell us why you're interested and what you'd bring.

We'll reply within 5 business days to set up a 20-minute formal interview in person (or via Teams).
