How to Apply
We keep applications simple. No psychometrics, no group assessments, no four-round panel interviews. Email us, then have a conversation.

Coffee Chat
We'll reply within 5 business days to set up a 20-minute chat in person (or via Teams). Casual, not interview-formal.
Decision
You'll hear back within a week of the chat. If you're in, we'll set up handover with the outgoing officer and get you started.
